01 / Authorized Use

Access to Blackridge IT networks, physical sites, and digital modeling environments is restricted to authorized personnel and contracted affiliates. Any attempt to reverse engineer, breach, or independently audit our encrypted networks without explicit written clearance will be considered a hostile action and treated in accordance with international cybersecurity law.

02 / Intellectual Property & Telemetry

All proprietary algorithms, structural analysis models, vector profiles, and cartographic data generated by Blackridge IT remain the sole intellectual property of the organization, unless explicitly transferred via a defense contract or NDA. Unauthorized distribution of our systemic architecture is strictly prohibited.

03 / Liability Waiver

Blackridge IT provides high-fidelity logistical and structural analysis; however, operational execution based upon our digital integrations assumes inherent environmental risks. Blackridge IT holds no liability for damages incurred during physical deployment, structural failure in combat zones, or unauthorized interception resulting from client-side network vulnerabilities.

04 / Compliance & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Engagement are governed by applicable international defense contracting laws. By interacting with our digital terminals or entering into a strategic partnership, you consent to submit to rigorous compliance audits as required by regulatory authorities.
